Win a Year’s Worth of Free Wigs - Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
This giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who are 18 years or older. Employees of Milk & Honey Wigs, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Giveaway Details:
One winner will be selected to receive one synthetic wig per month for a year (12 wigs total) from the Milk & Honey Wigs. The winner will be notified by email on November 10th, 2024 and shared publicly to our instagram account @milk.and.honey.co

How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, applicants must register their email address and phone number on the official Milk & Honey Wigs giveaway page. By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails and updates from Milk & Honey Wigs. Consent to receive marketing materials is optional and does not impact eligibility.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email no later than November 10th, 2024. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, a new winner may be selected at Milk & Honey Wigs’ discretion.

Prize Details:
The prize consists of one synthetic wig per month for 12 consecutive months, selected from Milk & Honey Wigs’ synthetic wig range. Wigs will be shipped monthly to the winner’s provided address. Shipping is included; however, any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the winner.

Restrictions:
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Milk & Honey Wigs reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

Privacy & Data Protection:
By entering, you agree to provide Milk & Honey Wigs with your email and phone number for the purposes of this giveaway and related promotional communications. Milk & Honey Wigs will handle your information in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

Miscellaneous:
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the country in which the winner resides. Milk & Honey Wigs reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the rules or that are submitted fraudulently. Milk & Honey Wigs’ decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

Cancellation or Changes:
Milk & Honey Wigs reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any issues arise that are outside its control.
