At Milk & Honey, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Important Shipping Update Notice 

Due to the recent sale period and ongoing global shipping and postal disruptions, some orders may experience delays. We completely understand how frustrating this can be and truly appreciate your patience and kindness while our team and postal partners work through this. Please bear with us - we are doing the very best we can to get every order out and delivered as quickly as possible 🤍

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Express Shipping via Australia Post: Delivered between 2-3 business days after dispatch. (Unavailable during sale periods) 

  • Standard Orders: Delivered between 10-14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow additional time during sale periods.

International Shipping

Warehouses: We dispatch from two locations - Sydney, Australia and an international warehouse.

The item location is clearly listed under the product title on each product page. 

Packages shipped from the international warehouse will ship via Standard Shipping ONLY.

Orders from International Warehouse to AUS:

  • Handling time 3-5 business days, delivery time approx 7-14 business days.

Orders from Sydney to Overseas:

  • International Orders (FedEx / EMS): Excluding handling times, delivered in 3-14 business days, depending on your country.

Order Processing & Timeframes

  • All made-to-order human hair wigs are handcrafted and may take up to 8 weeks for production (this excludes shipping and handling times). 

  • Processing and production times may be extended due to sourcing delays, customs, shipping disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be reviewed, processed and submitted to our production team for scheduling.
