Domestic Express Shipping Australia Wide via Australia Post: should be received within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
International Express Shipping via FEDEX or DHL: Varies on destination country and can be expected from 3-6 working days.
Handling Time: Express Orders are shipped same day if placed before 12PM.
Same Day Delivery Orders are delivered same day if placed before 11AM.
Standard Orders are shipped within 24-48Hrs.
Duty & Customs Tax: The buyer is responsible for paying additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely between destination counties, therefor it is the buyers responsibly to handle customs clearance payments into their country.
Return Shipping: All returns are the responsibility of the sender, please refer to the returns and refunds policy.

If your parcel is deemed ' Lost in Transit ' we will provide you with a replacement or a store credit for the full amount.
Ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase, if your order requires an address change we will not be liable for any issues with shipping. 
Our system is automated and may incur issues with address change. 
If the item is shipped to the wrong address, the customer will be required to submit a police report as part of their claim. 
We do our best to ship items within the above time frame, however on some occasions we may need to bring in more stock from our warehouse depending on the volume of orders we are accommodating at the time. If your order is urgent, please contact us via email so we can get your items out as a priority.
During sale period, please note we do not have all items on hand for immediate shipment - some products will be stored in a third party warehouse which can incur delays.  

Launch & Sale Periods: Due to the high volume of orders at launches and sales, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed.
Our team are working hard to make sure you get your Milk & Honey products as soon as possible. However, some situations are out of our control when it comes to lockdown and delays due to those restrictions. 
Fraud Alerts: If your order is flagged as fraudulent by Shopify, it is automatically 'archived' by the system until we receive ID verification from the buyer. An automated email will be sent to you to request this information and your order will remain open until your details are verified.
