Shipping & Handling

At Milk & Honey, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Express Shipping via Australia Post: Delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch. (Unavailable during sale periods) 

  • Standard Orders: Dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow additional time during sale periods.


International Shipping

Warehouses: We dispatch from two locations - Sydney, Australia and an international warehouse.

The item location is clearly listed under the product title on each product page. 

Packages shipped from the international warehouse will ship via Standard Shipping ONLY.

Orders from International Warehouse to AUS:

  • Handling time 3-5 business days, delivery time approx 7-10 business days.

Orders from Sydney to Overseas:

  • International Orders (FedEx / EMS): Excluding handling times, delivered in 3-10 business days, depending on your country.


Order Processing & Timeframes

  • All made-to-order human hair wigs are handcrafted and may take up to 8 weeks for production (this excludes shipping and handling times). 

  • Processing and production times may be extended due to sourcing delays, customs, shipping disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We operate from two showroom locations:

    • Sydney, Australia

    • International
      Dispatch origin is determined by stock availability and production requirements.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes or clearance charges. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.


Shipping Insurance

Shipping does not include insurance by default. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us immediately after placing your order or purchase insurance separately here.

In the rare event your parcel is lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement or store credit for the full order value.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If changes are needed after placing your order, contact us ASAP — however, we cannot guarantee updates can be made before dispatch.


Lost Parcels & Incorrect Addresses

  • If your order is delivered to the wrong address, you’ll need to submit a police report as part of the claims process.

  • If your parcel is flagged as "Lost in Transit", we will work with you to arrange a replacement or store credit.


Sale Periods & High Volume Delays

During sales or product launches, processing and shipping times may be delayed due to high volumes. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to dispatch all orders as fast as possible.


Fraud Prevention

If your order is flagged as potentially fraudulent by our payment processor (Shopify), it will be put on hold until we receive ID verification from you. You’ll be contacted by email with instructions.
