Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new Milk & Honey purchase, but if for some reason the item is unsuitable we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The items are in an un-opened and their original condition. *Braid Hair Extensions and Capsule Wig Units must be in their product packaging.
  • The items have been purchased within 14 days.
  • You have an invoice/order number and have contacted us prior to return shipping to create a Return Authority.
  • The goods arrive and are in the conditions specified.
  • Return shipping costs is at the customers expense.
  • AFTERPAY RETURNS ** Please note that any orders made with Afterpay will have the Merchant fees deducted from the refund amount. The transaction fees are non refundable from Afterpay to us, so therefore this amount will be covered by the buyer. 
  • HUMAN HAIR WIG RETURNS ** All our Human Hair units are custom made to order, if you no longer want the item - or cancel the order outside of a 24hr window, there will be a 20% deduction from your refund. This is to cover the hours spent working on your custom unit. 

If your item meets the conditions, you may be eligible for a refund, and the refund will be returned via your original payment method.

All items purchased from the clearance sale or product samples are final and we will not be accepting any returns. 

The refund will exclude delivery costs for the original order.

Faulty

Items that have been damaged are eligible for an exchange, and upon receipt of the original item, an exchange will be sent.

When the goods are received, a refund will be applied to the original order for the shipping costs incurred in the exchange.
