Returns Policy
We hope you love your new Milk & Honey product. If for any reason your item is unsuitable, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Terms

Returns are eligible for store credit only (no refunds).

Store credit never expires.

A completed Returns Form must be included with your return.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with lace intact.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Important:
Due to Australian Health & Hygiene regulations, all items must be returned unworn and in original condition to protect the health of our customers, many of whom are undergoing medical treatment or experiencing medical-related hair loss.
Any worn, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
How to Return Your Item (Step-by-Step)

Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning.

Clearly mark the return package with your full name and order number.

Complete and include the Returns Form inside your parcel.

Arrange return shipping at your own expense using your preferred carrier.

Human Hair Returns & Cancellations
All human hair units (including wigs, clip-ins, ponytails, etc.) are custom made to order.

Production time is 14–40 business days, plus any additional processing delays due to specialised, handmade manufacturing and quality control.

Orders cancelled outside of the 24-hour window will incur a 20% deduction from store credit to cover work already commenced.

Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Colour Disclaimer:
Every effort is made to display accurate colours; however, variations may occur due to differences in phone, tablet, and computer screens.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product:

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Items damaged in transit are eligible for exchange or refund.

A resolution will be provided once the item is returned and inspected by Milk & Honey.
Store Credit Codes

Store credit is applied directly to your Milk & Honey account profile.

The credit will appear as a payment method at checkout.

Store credit can be used during store-wide sales (held approximately 3–4 times per year), with discounts automatically applied in the cart.
Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are sold before stock arrives at our warehouse, with an estimated shipping timeframe provided.

While we work closely with manufacturers, delays may occur and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
Processing Timeframes

Returns are assessed once received.

Store credits and cancellations are processed within 14 business days after your return is received and approved.
