CANCELATION POLICY

At Milk & Honey, we strive to provide you with the highest quality custom human hair wigs and extensions. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we want to make our cancellation policy clear and easy to understand.

Cancellation Window: Once you place an order for a human hair wig or extensions, you have a 24-hour window to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel within this time frame, simply reach out to us, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Custom Production: After the 24-hour cancellation period, we will begin crafting your custom order. Unfortunately, at this stage, we can no longer cancel your order as materials and labor are dedicated to creating your unique piece.

Delays: We take great care in the production process, but if your order experiences any delays, please note that it cannot be canceled for a full refund due to the custom nature of our products.

Acknowledgment: By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We will also send you a confirmation email outlining our cancellation policy for your reference.
