Christmas & Holiday Trading Information 2026

The Christmas and New Year period is one of our busiest times of year at Milk & Honey Wigs. If you need your new hair for Christmas, holidays or summer events, we strongly recommend planning ahead.

Our team will continue processing and dispatching orders throughout the holiday period, with some temporary closures and reduced staffing.

Staff Retreat Closure | 12–16 November

Milk & Honey Wigs will be closed from 12–16 November 2026 while our team attends our annual staff retreat.

Our showroom, customer service and dispatch operations will be unavailable during this period.

Orders can still be placed online as normal and will begin processing once our team returns.

Christmas & New Year Trading

Milk & Honey HQ will remain open throughout the Christmas and New Year period, excluding public holidays.

We will be operating with reduced staff across the two weeks surrounding Christmas and New Year, so customer service, order processing and dispatch may take a little longer than usual.

We will always do our best to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, but please allow additional time during this peak period.

Human Hair Made-to-Order Christmas Cut-Off

If you are ordering a Human Hair Made-to-Order Wig and would like it in time for Christmas, we strongly recommend placing your order by mid-October.

Our human hair wigs are individually made and require production time before they can be dispatched. As we move into November, we cannot guarantee that new made-to-order human hair purchases will arrive before Christmas.

If you need a wig urgently, please do not rely on a made-to-order piece during the peak Christmas period.

Need a human hair wig before Christmas? We recommend shopping our Ready Made Human Hair Wigs.

Ready Made wigs are already completed and available for significantly faster dispatch.

This is the best option for customers who need their hair urgently.

Genesis Synthetics & Accessories

Our GENESIS 100% Hand-Tied Synthetic Wigs and accessories will continue to be available for Express Shipping throughout the peak period, subject to stock availability.

These are a great option if you need a wig quickly and don't have time to wait for human hair production.

We understand that receiving your hair on time can be incredibly important, particularly when you're preparing for Christmas, travelling, attending an event or undergoing treatment.

Our team will always do everything we reasonably can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, production times, peak-period courier volumes and public holidays can all affect delivery timeframes.

The earlier you order, the more options we will have available to help you.
