What is Inner Circle?
It is our free rewards program. You earn points when you shop and for a few other things, then spend those points as money off future orders.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. It is free to join and free to stay in.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, 200 points for creating an account, and bonus points for following us on Instagram, leaving a Google review, and on your birthday.
How do I redeem points?
Once you have enough points, apply them at checkout for a discount. 100 points is worth $2 off.
Do my points expire?
Points last for 12 months from your last activity. Any order resets the clock, and we will email you before anything is due to expire.
How do the tiers work?
Your tier is based on the total points you earn. As you reach Silver, Gold and Platinum, new perks and welcome gifts are added to your account automatically.
Can I use points and a sale code together?
Points discounts cannot be combined with sale discount codes, but you are welcome to use whichever saves you more.
