HOW IT WORKS
1. Book your Wig Dry Clean
Purchase the service online.
2. Send or drop off your wig
Package your wig securely and send it to us, or drop it off at our showroom.
3. We clean it
Once received, our team will professionally wash, condition, dry and straighten your wig.
4. Ready in 3 business days
Your freshly cleaned wig will be ready for collection or return shipping within 3 business days of being received by our team.
IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A REPAIR SERVICE
Our Wig Dry Cleaning Service is strictly a clean, straighten and return service.
We cannot accept requests for:
- Cutting or trimming
- Fringe cutting
- Lace cutting
- Colouring or toning
- Rooting
- Alterations
- Cap resizing
- Lace repairs
- Hair additions
- Density changes
- Knot work
- Restyling or customised styling
- Curling or waves
If your wig requires repairs, alterations or corrective work, please do not send it through this service.
WHAT WIGS CAN WE CLEAN?
We accept human hair wigs from any brand, your wig does not need to have been purchased from Milk & Honey Wigs.
At this stage, we do not accept synthetic wigs, toppers, extensions or hair pieces through the Wig Dry Cleaning Service.
CONDITION OF YOUR WIG
This service is designed to clean and refresh your wig; it cannot reverse existing wear, damage or deterioration.
Human hair wigs naturally change with wear and washing. Existing dryness, shedding, tangling, matting, colour fading, damaged lace, loose knots or other signs of wear may remain after cleaning.
If we receive a wig that we believe is unsuitable for the service or too fragile to safely clean, we may contact you before proceeding.
3 BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND
Our standard turnaround is 3 business days from the date your wig is received by our team.
Shipping or postage time to and from Milk & Honey Wigs is not included in the 3-business-day turnaround.
