Is there a shop front where you can try on wigs?

Yes! We have a private showroom located in Sutherland, NSW. Visits are by appointment only, so we can give you the time and care you deserve.

We also offer both in-person and online consultations to help you find your perfect wig from anywhere.

How long does it take for Human Hair items to ship?

We offer both ready-to-ship and custom-made items.

If your item is in stock, it will be shipped immediately.

If your item is marked with a production time, this means it is made to order. The production process usually takes 14 to 30 business days, although in some cases it may take a little longer.

Each piece is handmade with care and love, and we take the time to ensure it meets our highest quality standards. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

What types of wigs do you offer?

We provide a variety of wigs, including synthetic, human hair, lace front, full lace, and glueless options.

Where is Milk & Honey based?

Milk & Honey is proudly based in Sutherland, NSW, Australia.

We also operate from two warehouses β€” one in Australia and one internationally β€” to help us get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

What's the difference between synthetic and human hair wigs?

Synthetic wigs are low-maintenance and retain their style after washing, they are made from a synthetic fibre.

While human hair wigs offer a natural look, more breathability and can be styled, washed, and treated like your natural hair.

What cap size do your synthetic wigs come in?

All Synthetic Wigs come with a 'standard' or 'regular' adjustable cap size.Β 

However, our Human Hair range has the option to customise the cap to suit your needs.Β

Can I change my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out via our Contact Us page as soon as possible with your order number and the details of the change.

While we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to update your order before it begins processing, we’ll always do our very best to accommodate your request.

What are your opening Hours / Days?

Our Hours of Operation

We’re open Monday to Thursday, 9AM – 5PM, and Friday, 9AM – 2PM.

We’re closed on weekends and public holidays.

Please note: We also close over the Christmas and New Year period. During this time, order dispatch will continue at a slower pace.

To avoid delays, keep an eye out for our holiday order cut-off dates, which we’ll announce in the lead-up to the festive season.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer standard and express shipping.

Delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Do you offer refunds?

In the rare case that an item is faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Customer Conduct Policy

At Milk & Honey, we are committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and uplifting environment for both our team and our community.

We do not tolerate rude, abusive, or aggressive behaviour towards our staff. If a customer engages in such conduct, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refuse future service.

We take fraud very seriously. Any fraudulent activity β€” including unauthorised credit card use, false chargebacks, or identity fraud β€” will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in legal action.
