Sale is one of the busiest times of year for all small business. Please allow extra time to receive your order during this period.

At M&H we make all Human Hair items custom to order, which takes time to perfect and meet our quality standards. Some items are made in Australia, and others are made overseas.

By placing an order during sale period, you accept the following Terms & Conditions of trade: 

- Returned items purchased during sale periods are valid for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not accept returns for refund on discounted items.

- Human Hair Order processing time is extended from 14 days, we will communicate with you expected time frames for your order depending on the amount of items we are producing at the time. 

- Any amendments or changes to the order will start the production process over from scratch. This will restart your processing time frame.

- We will extend the usual 24hr cancellation window to 7 days, after this time any cancellations will incur a 20% deduction from the sale price via refund - or the full amount will be transferred onto a store credit.

- During and following SALE PERIOD, refunds may be subject to delay as we process all refunds in chronological order.

- Dispatch / Handling time will be extended during Sale period on all orders. 

 

During sale period, please note we do not have all items on hand for immediate shipment - some products will be stored in a third party warehouse which can incur delays.  

Launch & Sale Periods: Due to the high volume of orders at launches and sales, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed.
Our team are working hard to make sure you get your Milk & Honey products as soon as possible.

As we grow our team, we will look at making amendments to this policy to comply with our processing capabilities. We are a small business based in Sydney doing our best to process orders as soon as possible.
