This wig arrived 5 minths later.
Looks nothing like it does in the picture. Colour is extremely yellow - took multiple toners and still yellow which makes me believe its not actually human hair. Also - it doesn’t sit that flat like in the picture even after styling - due to tur fact that they sew multiple rows of hair on the bottom which you can see these lines through the hair, and it makes the top thin and bottom extremely thick. I tried cutting it but it just doesn’t sit right. Ite screaming fake wig so I don’t feel comfortable wearing it.
I wish i could review this wig. But I never received it. Purchased in December 2025, paid for express shipping. Was told in late January that they dont have any in stock. Fast forward to end of July - I requested for a refund. I was told theres “store credit” in my account as they do not do refunds. As per the Australian Consumer Laws this is actially not legal. I will be taking it further and customer service refuses to refund me my money. Its an absolute disgrace for an Australian company to be doing this. Especially to people who are going through cancer and don’t have a wage coming in.
Extremely thin on top where the part is, to the point where its now a bald patch at the front. And the thickness around the bottom os too heavy - makes tou look like you have a wide head. I purchased wigs from other places since and realised how poor in quality these actually are. My synthetic wig from the US is more natural than this.
I LOVE IT!!! Been searching for a wig I can wear without having to glue down and she’s absolutely PERFECT!! I have Trich (IYKYK) and can’t stand having it glued down.
In the photos, the roots are blended and foiled. The wig arrived with very dark roots that looked nothing like the photo and the shade of blonde was very inaccurate.

This wig is terrible quality and looks nothing like the wig pictured. It took over a month to arrive and customer service told me this was because the wig was human hair. I received a synthetic wig that was a very different colour to the one i ordered and was grey/ash blonde in colour, not brown. It was just sent in a plastic zip lock packet and was very poor quality. Customer service intially gave me incorrect info then continued to be very unhelpful, making it very difficult to return. I will never buy from the company again.

I had high hopes spent over $200 on a product I could of got at the local discount shop for under $10 I've had better quality of Temu n shein hell even wish 1000% waste of money. Absolutely unsatisfied dosent even deserve the one star!!!!!!!!
Quality hair, colouring of the hair did have large blocks of brown that was not highlighted with the blonde colour
It’s beautiful and I love it. It’s just unfortunate it takes FOREVER to receive. I’ve ordered 2 back in April. I received this particular in May 27th after it being held up at DHL customs for nearly 10 days.
Unfortunately, I still haven’t received my 2nd purchase. I’ve reached out via email to check status multiple times with minimal response.
Hopefully, I receive my 2nd purchase soon since it was made on April 16th. Today is June 26th.

I have bought 2 Matilda‘s now over the past 6-12 months. The one I bought in December is fabulous and still in great condition so I thought I would buy a second one in May on the Mother’s Day sale and it is definitely not the same quality at all…
The hair doesn’t sit the way it does in the pictures or the other one i bought and the hair falls quite stiffly and without the same bounce. The cap is also a white/yellow colour that shows also through the hair, so unfortunately not quite as happy with this one

The wig in the photo is not the wig i was sent i doubt that is even a wig she is wearing. Its false advertising and they dont allow refunds only store credits, i wasted my money because i would bever buy from this store again.
I have had so many compliments when i wear Dahlia, I am very happy with my first purchase from Milk & Honey.

The colour of the wig looks nothing like the photos advertised, and there is a lot of noticeable breakage throughout the hair. For the amount of money spent, the quality is honestly unacceptable.
You can get a far better quality wig elsewhere for the same price or less. To whoever is in charge of this company, please take a real look at your genuine customer reviews and do better, because this level of quality does not match what you are charging.

Based on my experience, I seriously question the authenticity of their 5 star reviews. The quality does not match the cost, and the whole experience has been incredibly disappointing.
