Refund policy
Store credit only — no refunds
We hope you love your Milk & Honey purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns for store credit under the conditions below.
Change-of-mind returns (store credit)

Timeframe: Request a return within 14 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Shipping: Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Outcome: Returns are issued as store credit (no cash refunds).

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, any item that has been opened, tried on, altered, or is not in resaleable condition cannot be returned and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Faulty or not as described (your rights)
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

We’ll assess in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where a remedy is required by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

If a return is approved due to a fault, we will cover reasonable return shipping.

If a refund is required by law, it will be to your original payment method and no fees will be deducted.
Shipping fees

Original delivery costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

For faulty items, reasonable return shipping is covered and remedies are provided per ACL.
How to start a return

Email us for a Return Authority (RA) before sending anything back.

Pack the item safely in original packaging.

Include your order number and RA in the parcel.
