We operate a strict zero tolerance policy toward any form of abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.
Unacceptable Behaviour Includes (but is not limited to):

Disrespectful, demeaning, or belittling comments

Personal attacks, insults, or harassment

Aggressive, intimidating, or threatening behaviour

Raising voices, hostile tone, or repeated unreasonable demands

Any behaviour that makes our staff feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or distressed
Consequences of Breaching This Policy:
Any single instance of the above behaviour will result in immediate action, which may include:

Immediate termination of service

Forfeiture of all returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits

Blocking the customer from all future contact (in person, phone, email, and social media)

Refusal of future bookings or services

Reporting the incident to the police where appropriate
We reserve the right to take these actions without warning.
