At Milk & Honey Wigs, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for our staff and clients. We take the wellbeing of our team extremely seriously.

We operate a strict zero tolerance policy toward any form of abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Unacceptable Behaviour Includes (but is not limited to):

  • Swearing or use of offensive language

  • Disrespectful, demeaning, or belittling comments

  • Personal attacks, insults, or harassment

  • Aggressive, intimidating, or threatening behaviour

  • Raising voices, hostile tone, or repeated unreasonable demands

  • Any behaviour that makes our staff feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or distressed

Consequences of Breaching This Policy:

Any single instance of the above behaviour will result in immediate action, which may include:

  • Immediate termination of service

  • Forfeiture of all returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits

  • Blocking the customer from all future contact (in person, phone, email, and social media)

  • Refusal of future bookings or services

  • Reporting the incident to the police where appropriate

We reserve the right to take these actions without warning.
