Everything you need to know before your consultation

We are so excited to meet you and guide you through this experience. Your consultation is a private one on one appointment designed to help you feel confident, supported and fully informed as you explore wigs with us.

Before your appointment, here are a few things that will help you get the most out of your time with our stylist.

 

PREP BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Before your consultation, we recommend spending a little time browsing our website and saving anything you are drawn to.

Look for things like:

Colours you love
Lengths that feel like you
Styles that catch your eye
Human hair or synthetic options

If you can, save a few inspiration photos. These can be screenshots from our website or anything you have saved elsewhere.

This helps Amber understand your vision and what you are hoping to achieve during your consultation.

Please note that we do not keep every wig you see on our website in stock at all times, as some pieces are made to order.

 

YOUR CONSULTATION

Your appointment is a one on one consultation with Amber, our stylist.

During your session she will guide you through:

Colour options
Cap size and fit
Lifestyle considerations
Maintenance and care
What styles will suit you best

The goal of your consultation is to walk you through every detail so you leave feeling reassured, informed and empowered in your decision.

Whether you are completely new to wigs or have worn them before, we are here to guide you through the process with care.

 

ONLINE APPOINTMENTS

If you have booked an online consultation, please note that all booking times are set to Sydney time (AEDT).

 

IN PERSON CONSULTATIONS

Our showroom is located in Sutherland, Sydney.

We are located in the corner house directly across from Sutherland Public School (map below) 

 

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

We kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time rather than early.

Many of our consultations are deeply personal. Some of the women visiting us are navigating medical hair loss or very private moments in their lives, so protecting that safe and respectful environment is extremely important to us.

If you do happen to arrive early, you are welcome to give us a call. If the showroom is free we are always happy to bring you in.

If another consultation is in progress, we kindly ask that you wait until your appointment time so we can honour the privacy of the client before you.
