We hope you love your new Milk & Honey product, but if for some reason the item is unsuitable we accept returns under the following conditions.

RETURN TERMS

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind; returns are eligible for store credit only, which never expires.
  • A completed Returns Form must be included with your return.
  • In the unlikely case their is a fault with your item. Please contact our customer service team at milkandhoneyaus@gmail.com
  • The items are un-worn and their original condition with lace in tact.
  • Products must be returned in their original product packaging.
  • The items have been received by the customer within 14 days.
  • Return shipping costs is at the customers expense.

At Milk & Honey Wigs, we prioritize your satisfaction and safety. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind; returns are eligible for store credit only, which never expires. Due to Australian Health & Hygiene regulations, all items must be returned unworn and in original condition to protect the health of our customers, many of whom are undergoing medical treatment or experiencing medical-related hair loss. Any worn or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

    HUMAN HAIR RETURNS / CANCELATIONS **
    All Human Hair units are custom made to order (ponytails, clip ins, wigs etc) this takes between 14-20 business days - however please allow additional processing time in the instance we experience unforeseen delays or complications.
      If you no longer want the item - or cancel the order outside of a 24hr window, there will be a 20% deduction from your refund. This is to cover the hours spent working on your human hair product. 
        PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
          COLOUR DISCLAIMER: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COLOUR OF YOUR UNIT MAY VARY, DESPITE EVERY EFFORT TO PROVIDE ACCURATE IMAGES OF EACH UNIT, PHONES AND COMPUTER SCREENS CANNOT BE RELIED UPON TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT COLOURS.
           
          FAULTY 
          IN THE UNLIKELY CASE THAT YOU DO RECEIVE A PRODUCT WITH A FAULT, WE ARE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
          Items that have been damaged in transit are eligible for an exchange or refund.
          A solution will be provided once the item is received back and inspected by Milk & Honey.
           
          CREDIT CODES
          Store Credit codes can not be used in conjunction with any one off or promotional codes via our website. Shopify will only allow one code to be used at a time.
          However, you can use your credit code during our store-wide mega sales which display the discount automatically in your cart. These sales happen 3-4 times per year.
           
          PRE ORDERS
           Pre-order items are released for sale prior to the stock arriving into our warehouse, with an estimated shipping time.  We do everything we can to work with our manufacturer to deliver to you on time, however on occasion there are delays with stock being held.  These delays can be unfortunate but are out of our hands and are not grounds for cancellation or refund
           

          At M&H we make all Human Hair items custom to order, which takes time to perfect and meet our quality standards. Some items are made in Australia, and others are made overseas.
          Please keep your return tracking number for any returns, this may be needed to confirm your item has been received. 
           
          REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & CREDITS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED AND APPROVED YOUR ITEM FOR RETURN.

          CAP SIZING

          Synthetic wigs are only available in one size - “Regular.”

          Each wig has an adjustable strap at the nape of the neck to loosen or tighten as needed.


          Human Hair wigs are available in three sizes - Regular, Petite & Large.


          If your measurements fall between the sizes specifications below, we would recommend sizing down. The ideal wig will fit snug and not require adhesive unless one is used as your personal preference. 

          SHIPPING

          At Milk & Honey, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping and handling details below for more information.


          Domestic Shipping (Australia)

          • Express Shipping via Australia Post: Delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
          • Handling Time for Express Orders: Orders placed before 12PM (AEST) are dispatched on the same day.
          • Same Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11AM (AEST).
          • Standard Orders: Dispatched within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow extra time during busy sale periods.

          International Shipping

          • Express Shipping via EMS or FedEx: Delivery times vary depending on your destination country, typically 3-10 business days.
          • Handling Time: Express orders placed before 12PM (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day. Standard orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

          Customs & Duty Fees

          • Buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or clearance charges that may apply based on the destination country. These fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay upon receipt of the goods.

          Returns & Return Shipping

          Shipping Insurance

          • Our shipping services do not include insurance. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order or purchase insurance separately here.
          • In the event that your parcel is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or provide store credit for the full order value.

          Address Accuracy

          • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping issues related to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your address needs to be changed after placing the order, please note that our system may not accommodate this, and we cannot guarantee any adjustments.

          Lost Parcels / Incorrect Address

          • In cases where a parcel is delivered to the wrong address, the customer must submit a police report as part of the claims process.
          • If your order is flagged as "Lost in Transit," we will work with you to resolve the issue and either replace your items or issue a store credit.

          Processing & Shipping Times

          • While we aim to ship all orders within the specified time frames, high order volumes during busy periods, such as sales or product launches, may result in slight delays.
          • Our products are stocked across two locations: one in Sydney, Australia, and the other internationally. This ensures a broad range of products, but can occasionally cause slight delays in processing depending on your location.
          • If your order is urgent, please contact us via email to prioritize your shipment.

          Sale Periods & Launches

          • Please note that during sales or product launches, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer due to the increased volume of orders. Our team is working hard to get your Milk & Honey products to you as quickly as possible. However, some delays may be out of our control due to factors such as lockdowns or shipping restrictions.

          Fraud Prevention

          • If your order is flagged as potentially fraudulent by our payment processor, Shopify, it will be placed on hold until we receive identity verification from you. You will be contacted via email with instructions on how to verify your information, and your order will remain open until we can complete this process.
