Rural and regional addresses can take a little longer than the express network’s metro timeframes. International orders ship on a separate timeframe and are quoted at checkout.

Caramel Eclipse is a rich, dimensional balayage designed to look beautifully natural from root to end. A dark brown root melts gradually into warm caramel tones through the mid-lengths and ends, creating depth and contrast without a harsh transition.
In the 22" Genesis Long, the colour really comes to life. The darker root gives the style depth at the crown, while the caramel tones become more prominent through the length, creating movement and dimension as the hair falls. Long, naturally full and flowing, it sits around the mid-back and is designed for those who love the impact of longer hair without it feeling heavy or overdone.

Rather than traditional rows of machine-sewn wefts, every strand is individually hand-tied into an ultra-lightweight spandex cap using our ultra-fine 0.5 knot technique. The result is natural movement, a beautifully realistic fall and a scalp-like finish through the parting.
The ultra-fine HD pre-cut lace creates a seamless, natural-looking hairline, while the extended lace parting gives you more freedom to adjust where and how you wear your part. The heat-friendly fibre can also be styled up to 150°C, allowing you to straighten, wave or curl your Genesis to make it your own.

Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order: unworn, original condition. Genesis Wig exchanges include a complimentary online consultation to choose the colour, length that's truly right. One exchange per order: once your consultation is complete and your new wig is chosen, she's yours: your forever wig. Faulty items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Care basics
Wash your wig every 7–10 wears, or as needed, using cool water and a shampoo and conditioner specifically formulated for synthetic wigs.
Allow your wig to air dry naturally on a wig stand before styling. Once dry, it can be heat styled using tools up to 180°C. Always use a heat protectant when applying heat to help preserve the integrity of the fibres.
To keep your wig looking its best between washes, apply a small amount of lightweight synthetic fibre serum or oil to the mid-lengths and ends to maintain softness, smoothness and shine.
With proper care, your Genesis Collection wig can provide 12 months or more of regular wear. As with any premium wig, longevity will vary depending on wear frequency, styling habits and how well it is maintained.

Before you decide
WILL IT ACTUALLY LOOK NATURAL IN REAL LIFE?
That was one of the biggest priorities behind Genesis. The combination of ultra-fine HD lace, tiny 0.5 knots and 100% hand-tied construction creates a much softer, more natural-looking hairline and scalp appearance than a traditional synthetic wig.
The 150% density was also intentional — enough hair to feel beautiful and luxurious, without unnecessary bulk that can make a wig look obvious.
WILL GENESIS STAY SECURE WITHOUT GLUE?
Genesis has been designed to be worn glueless for most wearers. The stretch cap moulds comfortably to the head, while silicone ear tabs and adjustable Velcro straps help keep everything secure.
If you personally prefer adhesive for extra security you can still use it, but Genesis isn't designed to rely on glue for everyday wear.
I HAVE HAIR LOSS. IS GENESIS COMFORTABLE AGAINST A BARE SCALP?
Yes. Genesis was designed with daily wig wear and hair loss in mind.
Instead of a heavy traditional cap, Genesis uses a soft stretch base with every fibre individually hand-tied into it. This dramatically reduces bulk and makes the finished wig approximately 50% lighter than a traditional construction.
For someone wearing their wig for hours at a time, that difference matters.
CAN I CHANGE THE PART OR STYLE THE HAIR?
Yes. Because Genesis is 100% hand-tied, the hair isn't restricted by rows of machine-sewn wefts, giving it much more natural movement.
You'll also have extended parting space, and the heat-friendly fibre can be styled at temperatures up to 180°C, allowing you to straighten, wave or refresh your style.
