Milk and Honey Wigs is one of Australia’s leading providers of high-quality wigs, dedicated to empowering women through beauty, confidence, and compassion. With a new showroom opening in Sutherland and a mission to support women experiencing hair loss—especially due to cancer—we’re looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Relationship Administrator to join our growing team.  

About the Role
As our Customer Relationship Administrator, you’ll be the warm, friendly face of Milk and Honey Wigs. You’ll guide new and existing customers through their journey—from first inquiry to post-purchase support—ensuring a compassionate, informative, and empowering experience. Your work will play a vital role in supporting our clients, including women navigating some of the most vulnerable times in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Welcome new clients, answer inquiries, and guide them through the consultation and purchasing process with empathy and care.  

- Client Support & Matching: Help customers find the right wig style and fit based on their individual needs and preferences.  

- Sales & Recommendations: Confidently offer product advice, suggest complementary items, and identify opportunities to support clients with additional services.  

- CRM & Admin: Maintain accurate client records, appointment bookings, and follow-up notes to ensure a seamless customer experience.  

- Stay Informed: Keep up with our product lines, promotions, and the unique needs of our clientele to provide outstanding service.  

What We’re Looking For:
- A customer-first mindset with natural empathy and a warm communication style  
- Strong admin and organisational skills with attention to detail  
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or admin (experience in beauty, health, oncology, or retail is a bonus)  
- Confidence with digital tools like CRMs, email platforms, and appointment scheduling systems  
- A positive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team
