Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team ensuring the customer experience on site is at a high level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers & ensuring customer satisfaction on emails, social inboxes & live-chat
Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledgeable solutions and follow up as required
Ensuring customer profiles & communication is documented
Working with the dispatch team on processing returns & faulty replacements
Assisting with warehouse duties and stock management
Provide back up and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience within the e-commerce space preferred
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task & show initiative
Experience in a fast paced working environment
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong grammar skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Comprehensive computer skills with an iMAC
