We hope you love your new Milk & Honey product. If for any reason your item is unsuitable, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Return Terms

• Returns are eligible for store credit only (no refunds). Store credit never expires.

• A completed Returns Form must be included with your return.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with lace intact.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging.

• Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Important: Due to Australian Health & Hygiene regulations, all items must be returned unworn and in original condition to protect the health of our customers, many of whom are undergoing medical treatment or experiencing medical-related hair loss. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Human Hair Returns & Cancellations

• All human hair units (ponytails, clip-ins, wigs, etc.) are custom made to order. Production takes 14–40 business days (plus possible additional processing time).

• Orders cancelled outside of the 24-hour window will incur a 20% deduction from your store credit to cover work already commenced.

• Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.

• Colour Disclaimer: Every effort is made to provide accurate images, but variations may occur due to differences in phone and computer screens.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product:

• We are happy to offer an exchange or refund.

• Items damaged in transit are eligible for exchange or refund.

• A solution will be provided once the item is returned and inspected by Milk & Honey.

Store Credit Codes

• Store credit codes cannot be used with promotional codes, as Shopify only allows one code at checkout.

• Store credit can be used during store-wide mega sales (3–4 times per year), where discounts are automatically applied in the cart.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items are sold before stock arrives at our warehouse with an estimated shipping time provided.

• While we work closely with manufacturers, delays can occur and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

Processing

• Cancellations and credits will be processed within 14 business days after your return is received and approved.

• Please keep your return tracking number until your return is confirmed.

To keep your wig looking flawless:

• Gently brush with a wide-tooth comb before and after wear
• Wash with our Born Again shampoo and masque every 8–10 wears
• Allow to air-dry on a wig stand
• Store in your silk care bag when not in use to reduce tangling and dryness

Each luxury human hair wig is custom made to order. Please allow 14–40 business days for your unit to be crafted.

At Milk & Honey, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Express Shipping via Australia Post: Delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

• Handling Time for Express Orders: Orders placed before 12PM (AEST) are dispatched the same day.

• Same Day Delivery (Sydney metro): Available for orders placed before 11AM (AEST).

• Standard Orders: Dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow additional time during sale periods.

International Shipping

Warehouses: We dispatch from two locations — Sydney, Australia and an international warehouse.

Orders from International Warehouse to AUS:

• FREE Shipping: Handling time 2–4 business days, delivery time approx. 7–10 business days.
• Express Shipping (FedEx): Delivery time approx. 5 business days.

Orders from Sydney to Overseas:

• Express International Orders (FedEx / EMS): Delivered in 3–10 business days, depending on your country.

• Handling Time: Express orders placed before 12PM (AEST) are dispatched the same day. Standard orders processed within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes or clearance charges. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping does not include insurance by default. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us immediately after placing your order or purchase insurance separately here.

In the rare event your parcel is lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement or store credit for the full order value.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If changes are needed after placing your order, contact us ASAP — however, we cannot guarantee updates can be made before dispatch.

Lost Parcels & Incorrect Addresses

• If your order is delivered to the wrong address, you’ll need to submit a police report as part of the claims process.

• If your parcel is flagged as "Lost in Transit", we will work with you to arrange a replacement or store credit.

Sale Periods & High Volume Delays

During sales or product launches, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed due to high volumes. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to dispatch all orders as fast as possible.

Fraud Prevention

If your order is flagged as potentially fraudulent by our payment processor (Shopify), it will be put on hold until we receive ID verification from you. You’ll be contacted by email with instructions.
