Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order: unworn, original condition. Genesis Wig exchanges include a complimentary online consultation to choose the colour, length that's truly right. One exchange per order: once your consultation is complete and your new wig is chosen, she's yours: your forever wig. Faulty items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Wash your wig every 7–10 wears, or as needed, using cool water and a shampoo and conditioner specifically formulated for synthetic wigs.

Allow your wig to air dry naturally on a wig stand before styling. Once dry, it can be heat styled using tools up to 180°C. Always use a heat protectant when applying heat to help preserve the integrity of the fibres.

To keep your wig looking its best between washes, apply a small amount of lightweight synthetic fibre serum or oil to the mid-lengths and ends to maintain softness, smoothness and shine.

With proper care, your Genesis Collection wig can provide 12 months or more of regular wear. As with any premium wig, longevity will vary depending on wear frequency, styling habits and how well it is maintained.
