Why do some orders ship from our International Warehouse?

Our Sydney HQ is our home base, but due to the scale of our range, stock levels can fluctuate quickly, especially during high-demand periods.

To support this, we introduced our Milk & Honey International Warehouse in 2024.

This allows us to:

  • Hold overflow stock of your favourite styles
  • Ship efficiently to our growing international customer base (USA, UK and beyond)
  • Ensure popular styles remain available even when Sydney stock sells out

How it works

  • If a style is in stock in Sydney, it will ship directly from our HQ
  • If that style sells out locally, our system automatically fulfils it from our International Warehouse
  • If your item is shipping internationally, this is always clearly stated on the product page

Why we do this

With rising inflation and increasing global trading costs, many brands respond by increasing their prices.

We’ve chosen a different approach.

By operating an additional offshore warehouse, we’re able to:

  • Carry more stock across more styles
  • Avoid constant price increases
  • Keep our wigs accessible to as many women as possible
