Synthetic wigs are only available in one size - “Regular.”
Each wig has an adjustable strap at the nape of the neck to loosen or tighten as needed.
Human Hair wigs are available in three sizes - Regular, Petite & Large.
If your measurements fall between the sizes specifications below, we would recommend sizing down. The ideal wig will fit snug and not require adhesive unless one is used as your personal preference.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Express Shipping via Australia Post: Delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Handling Time for Express Orders: Orders placed before 12PM (AEST) are dispatched the same day.

Same Day Delivery (Sydney metro): Available for orders placed before 11AM (AEST).

Standard Orders: Dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow additional time during sale periods.
International Shipping
Warehouses: We dispatch from two locations — Sydney, Australia and an international warehouse.

Orders from International Warehouse to AUS:
- FREE Shipping: Handling time 2–4 business days, delivery time approx. 7–10 business days.
- Express Shipping (FedEx): Delivery time approx. 5 business days.
Orders from Sydney to Overseas:

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes or clearance charges. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping does not include insurance by default. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us immediately after placing your order or purchase insurance separately here.
In the rare event your parcel is lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement or store credit for the full order value.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If changes are needed after placing your order, contact us ASAP — however, we cannot guarantee updates can be made before dispatch.
Lost Parcels & Incorrect Addresses

If your order is delivered to the wrong address, you’ll need to submit a police report as part of the claims process.

If your parcel is flagged as "Lost in Transit", we will work with you to arrange a replacement or store credit.
Sale Periods & High Volume Delays

Wig quality was ok. Length and thickness is average too. I got the Sarah black u part wig. The ends are pretty thin when I part my hair.
In the picture the wig looks like the straps are wider.. but when I received it, it was only 3.5cm wide. It's about 2 finger gap. It made it really hard for me to section and pull out the top of my hair to cover the wig itself. I ended up having to cut those straps from the wig just to pull my hair through. The wig itself was big and the clips around the u part are pretty tight and it strains the top of my head, making it painful to wear. I'd have to play around with sectioning the hair and clipping it in, in a way where it is less painful.
The comb and straps below do not support my wig on my head so I ended up having to sew extra extension clips (I had from a different extension) in order to give me more security on the bottom half of my head.
It doesn't sit flush, if you touch the back of my head, you'll feel bits of the wig is rough and pops up.
Though it looks natural, my overall experience was quite disappointing.
I had high hopes for the u part wig but I will not be purchasing another.
