RETURNS
Milk & Honey accepts returns for store credit only. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with lace intact, and returned within 14 days with a completed Returns Form.
Faulty items may be exchanged or refunded after inspection. Customers cover return shipping, and returns are processed within 14 business days.
CAP SIZING
Synthetic wigs are only available in one size - “Regular.”
Each wig has an adjustable strap at the nape of the neck to loosen or tighten as needed.
Human Hair wigs are available in three sizes - Regular, Petite & Large.
If your measurements fall between the sizes specifications below, we would recommend sizing down. The ideal wig will fit snug and not require adhesive unless one is used as your personal preference.

Milk & Honey ships quickly from two warehouses; in Sydney, Australia and an international location.
Express orders arrive in 1–3 days (same day in Sydney before 11 AM); standard orders ship within 24–48 hours.
International delivery takes 5–10 business days. Customers cover any customs fees, and insurance is optional. Please check your address carefully; we’re not responsible for errors.
