Care basics
Your wig is 100% human hair, so you can care for it just like your own. Wash gently every 7 to 10 wears in cool water with a sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner, always stroking downward from root to tip and never rubbing or twisting.
Let it air-dry naturally on a wig stand, then style as you like with any heat tool, always applying a heat protector first. A little oil through the mid-lengths and ends keeps it soft and shiny between washes.

Will anyone be able to tell?
Honestly, no. Every wig has an HD lace front and hand-bleached knots, so the hairline melts softly into your skin and looks like it grows right out of your head. It is real human hair, styled the way you would style your own, and the women who wear ours tell us the same thing again and again: nobody knows unless they choose to tell them.
Will it stay put without glue?
Yes, and you never have to touch glue if you would rather not. Each cap has gentle adjustable straps and secure combs that hold it comfortably in place, from the school run to a full day out. If you love a completely flat melt you can add adhesive, but so many of our clients wear theirs glueless every single day.
How long until my wig arrives?
Because your wig is made to order just for you, it is hand-tied over 4 to 8 weeks, then quality-checked in our Sydney studio and sent to you by express post. It is a little wait, we know, but it is the difference between a mass-produced wig and one made for one person: you. We will keep you updated at every stage so you always know where yours is up to.
Can I wash, heat-style and colour it?
You can treat it just like your own hair. It is 100% human hair, so you can wash it, blow-dry it, curl or straighten it (always with a heat protector), and even have it toned by your stylist. Look after it well and it will stay beautiful for years.
What if the colour or fit isn't quite right?
You are completely covered by our Perfect Fit Exchange. If something is not right, get in touch within 7 days of your wig arriving and we will exchange it, and with human hair we include a complimentary online consultation to get your colour, length and fit exactly right. Choosing a wig online takes courage, so we have taken the risk out of it for you.
I'm going through treatment, or living with alopecia. Is this right for me?
You are so welcome here, this is the heart of what we do. Our human hair wigs are gentle, lightweight and secure, and designed for sensitive scalps and hair loss from chemotherapy, alopecia and other medical treatments. If you would like a hand, a private consultation with Amber or Tiara is the kindest place to start, with no pressure at all.
