As we prepare to open our very first showroom in Sutherland this July, we're looking for a warm, knowledgeable, and passionate Consultations Specialist to join us in delivering a personalised and empowering experience for our clients.

About the Role:
This is a client-facing role where compassion meets expertise. You’ll be responsible for one-on-one consultations with women seeking wigs, helping them find the perfect fit, style, and comfort for their unique journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct private, one-on-one wig consultations in our Sutherland showroom

• Offer expert guidance on styles, fit, cap construction, and care routines

• Create a warm, welcoming, and confidential space for clients—many of whom are undergoing treatment for medical hair loss

• Support fittings, try-ons, and product education

• Maintain accurate consultation records and follow-up communication

• Collaborate with the team to ensure stock availability and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Background in hairdressing, trichology, or previous wig experience is essential

• Deep empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills

• Professional, polished presentation and strong customer service abilities

• Ability to make clients feel safe, heard, and confident

• Availability to work part-time hours including some Saturdays
