Christmas Trading + Important Shipping Cut Off Dates
Christmas is quickly approaching, and with it comes some changes to our operations. Please take note of the following updates for the upcoming 2023 holiday season:
Office Closure: Our office will be closed from December 25th, 2023, to January 1st, 2024. During this period, we will have minimal staff in our warehouse to process orders between Christmas and New Year's.
Order Recommendations: If you require items for New Year's Eve, we highly recommend placing your orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery and to avoid any potential disappointments.
Production Time for Human Hair Orders: Any human hair orders placed between December 25th and January 7th will have a production start date of Monday, January 8th, 2024. Please keep in mind that the production time for these orders will begin from this date.

Shipping Cut-Off Dates: To ensure your Christmas orders reach you in time, here are the recommended cut-off dates provided by Australia Post. Please note that these estimates may vary based on your postal code.
- Standard Post: Tuesday, December 19**
- Express Post: Thursday, December 21
- Courier: Thursday, December 21
